Darkwave dance commander VVMPYRE continues a broad range of collabs by dropping yet another ahead of the summer creeping in. Not one shy to jump into the unexpected, VVMPYRE enlisted the help of LA Synthwave producer Elevate the Sky on guitar and New Jersey singer and DJ Liebchen on vocals. The result is a unique collection of sounds, Liebchen’s gothic vocals coincide with VVMPYRE’s production blending elements of Italo, EBM, and 70’s horror scores, that make an unlikely match with Elevate the Sky’s New Wave guitars. The big chords in the chorus lift the track up to an always thunderous and unpredictable bridge from VVMPYRE, this time bringing in a violin solo accompanied by a brass and harpsichord section that is matched with a guitar groove that builds back to the chorus for a massive final impact at the last chorus.
